VMC Riding Park Guest/Minor Release and Indemnity Form(s):

Members are encouraged to bring a single (1) guest to experience Cycle Park BUT with limits.

A “Release and Indemnity Agreement” liability waiver form must be signed by the guest whether attending for an event or recreational riding.

If a guest is under 19 years of age, the rider’s parent or legal guardian must sign.

Please fill out the appropriate VMC Release and Indemnity Agreement form below, and then return it and sign up for the event. If you do not do this, you will be required to fill out the form on paper before registering the day of the event. It is much quicker and easier for  everyone if you do it online.

It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure their guest signs the waiver form and rides responsibly and safely.

If a guest wishes to return to ride at Cycle Park, they should apply to join and become a member.
