VMC Riding Park Guest/Minor Release and Indemnity Form(s):

Members are encouraged to bring a single (1) guest to experience Cycle Park BUT with limits.

All Guest accompanying a Member are required to fill out and agree to a “Release and Indemnity Agreement” liability waiver form before attending for an event or recreational riding with a Member.

If a guest is under 19 years of age, the rider’s parent or legal guardian must sign.

If you do not do this online, you will be required to fill out the form on paper before riding or registering the day of the event ,or you will be refused entry.

It is much quicker and easier for everyone if you do it online.

It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure their guest signs the waiver form and rides responsibly and safely.

If a guest wishes to return to ride at Cycle Park, they are advised to apply for membership and be placed on the Wait List if membership is full.
